We want every driver in Florida to be able to reach us when they need a tow — including drivers using assistive technology. This page explains how we approach accessibility on this website and how to reach us if you hit a problem.

Conformance target

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as a target. We test against that standard but don't claim full conformance.

What we've done

Semantic HTML structure with one h1 per page and clear heading order
Visible focus rings on all interactive elements (keyboard navigation works)
Color contrast tested at 4.5:1 minimum for text
Touch targets sized at least 44×44 pixels
All meaningful icons have aria-labels; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers
The site respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations slow to a near-stop if your device is set that way
Bilingual (English / Spanish) with a manual toggle and automatic browser-language detection

Known limitations

The Florida service-area map is a stylized SVG. Its information is duplicated in plain text in the same section, so screen readers can read the cities we cover even if the map itself isn't easy to navigate visually.
The Umami analytics script is loaded with defer from a third-party domain. If you'd rather not, ad/tracker blockers will skip it without breaking anything on this site.
